Located on the 20th floor, HDS Tower, Cluster F, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Headquarters are set on a property owned by DubaiLink and cover an area of 1500m2. Dubai Link comprises 8 branches distributed over GCC countries, Middle East, North Africa, Europe, North America, and Asia.

Mr. Nassry Bedran

Managing Director

Mr. Nassry Bedran is an industry veteran with over three decades of experience in the Middle East where he assumed leadership positions with renowned DMCs & travel companies in the region.

Mr. Bedran joined Dubai Link in 2017, successfully repositioning the company’s growth strategy, diversifying its products and services o ering, and securing new global strategic partnerships.

Mr. Alaa Al Haj Ali

Operations Director

Since his very start in the travel and hospitality industry and for over a decade, Mr. A. Al Haj Ali has introduced the use of technology and IT to Dubai Link. In fact, he worked towards the realization of a B2B booking engine (GTE) that has become one of the most well known booking engines worldwide.

In 2019, Mr. A. Al Haj Ali completed the digital transformation of the Company. Today, Dubai Link o ers around the clock operations in every corner of the world, thanks to its Operations Director and his devoted team.

Mr. Malek Al Haj Ali

Sales Director, MENA

Since he joined Dubai Link in 2010, Mr. M. Al Haj Ali has been instrumental in acquiring major leads and implementing sales strategies that are considered ahead of their time. He was the rst to adopt the CRM system for his sales team. More importantly, he regulated relationships with clients through the systematization and standardization of the Company’s contracting system and agreements.

Mr. M. Al Haj Ali has a long career in the travel and hospitality industry extending for over 25 years, going up on the ladder of various posts until he deservedly earned his current position as Sales Director, where he manages the company’s sales network that operates in five continents.

Ms. Amani Ameen

Senior Optimization & Distribution Manager

With a Master’s degree in Banking & Financial Services from the AAMBFS and a demonstrated history of work ing in the Banking industry, Ms. A. Ameen has an exte sive experience in optimization & distribution, which has allowed Dubai Link to best meet clienteles’ expectations and help them maximize their market share and revenue.

On a personal level, Ms. A. Ameen believes that travel is a whole experience of discovery involving culture, lifestyles, geography, history and gastronomy, coming all together to equip the traveler with new perspectives of appreciation and respect for the richness and variations of the world around.

Mr. Miqdad Kardame

Group Finance Director

Mr. Miqdad Kardame possesses in-depth knowledge of governing laws and nancial principles. With over 15 years of experience with a head start in India, starting as an accountant at a travel company up to the Finance Director of the Group, Mr. Kardame manages the Finance Department with innovation on one hand and precision on the other.

He established the nance and accounts system of the Group, integrating technology into the system and helping the gradual digital transformation of the Company.

Sara Orúe Tella

NIU Hotel Manager, Spain

From 1992 till present day, Ms. Sara Orúe Tella has managed both chain and individual hotels in different locations and various business and tourist hotels rang- ing from 27 to 500 rooms.

Ms. Tella visited Dubai Link in October 2016 when Niu Hotel Barcelona was still under construction and got immediately engaged with NIU Hotel and Dubai Link, as she felt proud to be part of such an exciting project.

Since her rst moment, her commitment to Dubai Link has been to make Niu Hotel Barcelona not only a pro table business, but above all, a charismatic and well positioned Hotel in Barcelona, and a welcoming Hotel that customers want to return to.

Mr. Tauqeer Alam

Contracting Director

Mr. Tauqeer Alam is the Assistant Contracting Director at Dubai Link and a competent coach to the Contract- ing Department Team, helping the company grow daily through contracting, product management and system integration.

Mr. Alam has assisted to attract and connect a large number of luxurious and 5-star hotels on a dynam- ic connection basis using channel managers. He has also helped strengthen the company’s market value by o ering better rates, which has been accomplished through the collaboration of the Group Management and the Contracting Department, as well as the hiring of productive channel managers.

Ms. Maria Rivera

Dubai Link Senior Operations Manager

Ms. Maria Rivera is the Senior Operations Manager at Dubai Link Tours and Travel. Being a member of Dubai Link sta since inception, Ms. Rivera has been a main pillar in helping the company reach its goal to become one of the leading travel companies in the industry.

Her strong organization, communication and relationship-building skills have helped in overseeing all aspects of operation on a day-to-day basis, along with providing leadership to all departments to maximize effciency.
